Next EXCHANGE Live Art workshop conducted by the artists and cocreators Ana Matey and Isabel León will take place at Territori Festival, Ibiza.
In this 6-day workshop, the creative process will revolve around the theme of communication, showcasing performance as an artistic practice that serves as a tool to create, observe yourself within the group you belong to and reflect on how we communicate. We will start with play, the absurd, the diverse, the impulse, the emotion and the reflection as bases of this process to turn the workshop space into a place where people feel comfortable and secure enough to explore freely.
“No filters” refers to one of the qualities we consider fundamental in the field of performance art: honesty.
This workshop promotes collective and collaborative work through dialogue, favouring shared creative processes and generating a space where we can grow, moving us away from the dynamics of solitary creation. The workshop will culminate with an exhibition open to the public within the festival on Saturday 18th September.
Aimed at anyone interested in action art, communication and shared creative processes with or without prior training in art.
